Account Director

Jo is account director based in Manchester. With over 20 years’ experience working in the ADHD arena, Jo is passionate about improving outcomes for children and adults by consulting on ADHD care pathways, supporting services in best practice, and positive change. By forging relationships between diverse stakeholders, Jo is able to support continuous improvement in care pathways with a key focus of patient benefit as a primary goal.

Over many years, Jo has delivered lectures and consultations on ADHD care pathways, service efficiency, and the benefits of integrative working of diverse stakeholders to deliver change in an efficient time frame.

As operational lead for the National Programme (Focus ADHD) and working collaboratively with the Academic Health and Science Network and NHS services, Jo is proud to have played a part in improving the access of QbTest and care pathway efficiency as part of a quality improvement initiative. This has been awarded the Health Service Journal Award for Digital Innovation in Mental Health 2019  alongside the Health Service Journal Award for Best Mental Health Partnership with the NHS in 2022 and the Health Innovation Innovate Award for best adoption and spread of an NHS England sponsored National Programme 2023.
